VACCINE STATUS: Martin’s Point has begun to receive limited doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for our Health Care Center patients. As we receive supplies, we will contact eligible patients to begin the appointment-scheduling process based on the CDC’s guidance. Please do not call our offices about vaccine scheduling so we can keep our phone lines open for patients with immediate health needs.
