Upcoming System Maintenance

System maintenance is scheduled to take place beginning 8 pm, Friday, July 27 with expected completion by 8 am, Monday July 30. During the maintenance period, our website will be offline and all Martin’s Point Health Care Centers and health plan administrative offices will be closed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform this important system work!

Martin’s Point Health Care Center Patients: 

All Martin’s Point Heath Care Centers will be closed during the maintenance period (including labs, Martin’s Point pharmacy and other on-site services), reopening on Monday, July 30. 
  • On-call services will be available. Please call your Health Care Center if you need urgent assistance during this time.
  • Access to the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal will be available

Generation Advantage and US Family Health Plan Members:

  • Member Services will be closed (normal schedule).
  • Access to online member accounts and the online enrollment application tool will be unavailable until (approximately) Monday, July 30 at 8am.
  • Access to prescription drug search tools and our 24-Hour Nurse Line will be available.

Network Providers (Generations Advantage/US Family Health Plan):

  • Access to the provider portal will be unavailable until (approximately) Monday, July 30 at 8am.
  • Directions for urgent authorization requests will be provided during this time, non-urgent requests should be submitted through the normal process Monday, July 30th after 8am. 
  • Directions for expedited Appeals will be provided during this time, all other Appeal requests should be submitted through the normal process Monday, July 30th after 8am.
