Dear Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan Member,

We’re here for you.

During these challenging times, we want you to know that all of us at the US Family Health Plan are here for you. We understand that our members may be dealing with many concerns during this confusing time. We want to make sure your health coverage isn’t one of them. We are here to help you understand your benefits should you need them for testing and treatment of COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.

You’ll be reassured to know that TRICARE® has made some benefit changes to support the health of members during the COVID-19 outbreak. As a TRICARE Prime® plan, the US Family Health Plan follows TRICARE benefits for COVID-19-related services. In accordance with the ‘‘Families First Coronavirus Response Act,’’ the US Family Health Plan is currently waiving copays for lab test used to detect COVID-19 and for the following services that result in an order for a lab or diagnostic used to detect COVID-19.

  • Can I just show up at any testing site to be tested for COVID-19?

  • Will pharmacy refill restrictions be waived so we can get prescriptions filled sooner?
