Martin’s Point Health Care offers Medicare Advantage plans under the name Generations Advantage in Maine, and in Hillsborough and Strafford Counties in New Hampshire.
We offer plans to individuals.
Generations Advantage plans are available to individuals who have Medicare Parts A and B. These plans offer comprehensive health care coverage for affordable premiums. The Prime (HMO-POS) and Select (PPO) plans have Part D prescription drug coverage built in, eliminating the need for a separate Part D plan. Our Value Plan (HMO) has a $0 premium statewide and does not include Part D prescription drug coverage.
New for 2016! Focus DC (HMO SNP) is a special needs plan offered with focused care for people living with diabetes in Cumberland County. Value Plus (HMO) is offered in Penobscot and York Counties featuring a low premium, with in-network coverage, and affordable prescription drug coverage.
Year over year, Martin’s Point Generations Advantage has earned high ratings* from Medicare – with our Prime and Value plans earning a 5-stars Overall Plan Rating for 2015.* For more information about Medicare’s Plan Quality and Performance Ratings, visit www.Medicare.gov.
