Helping You Stay Informed and Healthy
How to Safely Visit the Health Care Centers
For your safety and that of our staff, we follow CDC recommendations for using face masks and social distancing to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
Masks: We require all visitors to wear a mask while inside our Health Care Centers. Any type of mask that covers the nose and mouth is acceptable, including homemade masks. We are happy to provide masks for those who may not have one.
Social Distancing: Please help us limit the number of people inside our Health Care Centers at any one time by doing the following:
Temperature Checks: For your added safety, please be aware that all visitors to our Health Care Centers will receive a temperature check and be asked about any COVID-related symptoms they may be experiencing.
Thank you for doing your part to care for yourself and our community!
Travel and Holiday Safety During COVID -19
As we all prepare for a holiday season that promises to be like no other, we urge you to stay safe and take good care of your families, your friends, and yourselves. With cases of COVID-19 spiking across the country, including here in Maine and New Hampshire, it will be especially important to follow safety practices at any gatherings—masking, social distancing, hand-washing, etc.—and adhere to any travel restrictions that may apply to your plans.
Do not travel if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been around anyone who has had symptoms or a known diagnosis. Please remember that travel to or receiving guests from certain states may trigger quarantine or testing requirements.
The Maine.gov COVID Response page and New Hampshire.gov COVID Response page contain the most up-to-date information on these travel issues and more.
The CDC COVID Data Tracker also contains state-by-state data on COVID-19.
For the safest holidays, we urge you to plan on limiting gatherings to those you normally live with. Whether gathering in person or online, we hope you’ll be able to enjoy the company of those who bring meaning and joy to these annual celebrations!
Thank You for Your Continued Patience
With the increase in COVID-19 cases and the onset of flu season, we continue to experience extremely high call volumes. We understand the frustration long on-hold wait times can cause for you trying to reach your Health Care Center by phone. We apologize and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide more timely phone service while caring for the safety and health of our community.
Other Ways to Contact Your Provider: We encourage you to use the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal as an alternative way to reach your provider with questions, request an appointment, view lab results, and review/pay bills. Click on the link above to log in to your existing portal account or to register to create a new account.
Need a Prescription Refill? Contacting your pharmacy directly is often the fastest way to request a refill on your prescriptions, even when your original prescription has expired.
Stay Up-to-Date on COVID-19: As always, you can conveniently find helpful resources 24/7 to keep you and your family safe and informed at MartinsPoint.org/COVID19.
Best wishes for a healthy Thanksgiving!
