WE’RE HERE FOR YOU

As your partner in health, it’s important to keep you up to date about changes we are making to our clinical services in response to COVID-19. But, just as importantly, we want you to know that we are here for you during these extraordinary times. We understand how difficult this experience at home may be for some—including feeling stressed, lonely, or fearful. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Martin’s Point provider if you need support in the days and weeks ahead. We are here for you!

TELEHEALTH UPDATE

Martin’s Point has begun offering telehealth services, giving our providers the ability to assess and treat patients over the phone or using televideo, when appropriate. When approved by our medical staff, you may use telehealth visits as a replacement for some in-person office visits. We’re very pleased to be able to offer an interactive, face-to-face experience for our patients and providers that can take place from the safety of our patients’ homes. Please contact your provider’s office and ask if a telehealth visit might be best for your situation.

HEALTH CARE CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION

To respond to the evolving needs of our patient community during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are temporarily adjusting our hours of operation at all our Health Care Centers.

The following changes will begin on Thursday, April 23, 2020 and remain in effect until further notice:

  • Brunswick: 9 am–3 pm: Serving patients from both Brunswick Health Care Centers
  • Portsmouth: 9 am–Noon

Sunday

  • Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to deliver needed care while keeping our patients and staff as safe and healthy as possible.
