New Member Checklist

  • As a new plan member, you should receive your Martin's Point Generations Advantage Member ID Card along with your New Member Welcome Kit in the mail soon after your enrollment is accepted. 
  • Review all Martin’s Point mail you receive that says, “Important Plan Information”. Please respond to requests in a timely manner to ensure that we can provide the best service to you.
  • Sign up for secure automatic plan premium payments so you never miss a payment. (Please note you must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premiums.)
     
  • Visit our online Provider Directory to verify that your providers are in the Martin’s Point Generations Advantage network.
  • Please notify us if you have other health insurance by calling Member Services at 1-866-544-7504 (TTY:711). This will help us coordinate your health care coverage.
  • Schedule your Medicare Wellness Visit and Annual Physical Exam. These visits are covered 100% — no copayment—every year when you see your in-network primary care provider.
  • Complete your online Health Risk Assessment.
