We are looking for current Martin’s Point members to provide valuable insight and feedback regarding their experience as one of our insurance members.
Who can be a Focus Group member?
Focus Group Members are members who:
- Can commit 1 to 2 hours of their time to attend in-person meetings scheduled by the particular focus group they are joining.
- Is eager to suggest meaningful, positive enhancements to processes that affect all members.
What does a Focus Group Member do?
As a Focus Group Member, you will be able to:
- Share feedback about your health insurance experiences with staff.
- Participate in group discussions about ideas for how Martin's Point can improve quality and services.
- Identify member needs and concerns.
- Encourage and support member-centered care across the organization.
