Welcome to our new self-scheduling platform!

We’re excited to begin offering online appointment booking for current patients. If you don’t see your provider or the type of appointment you need, or if you're prompted to call your doctor’s office, please continue using your usual method to schedule. 

Please note:

• Self-scheduling is not for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.

• You do not need to have a portal account to access and book an appointment through the self-scheduling platform.

• To message your care team directly, visit the Martin’s Point Patient Portal.

• If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call your health care center.
