Important: This information is for Generations Advantage plan members in Maine. If you are a Generations Advantage plan member from New Hampshire, please visit MartinsPoint.org/NewHampshire.

I received a notice that my Generations Advantage plan is ending on December 31, 2025, and want to re-enroll in a new Generations Advantage plan for 2026.

Re-enroll Online

If your Generations Advantage plan was recently termed, you can re-enroll with us using our standard online enrollment form. It only takes a few steps:

  1. Click below to start your enrollment.
  2. Have your Medicare card ready with your number and effective dates.
  3. Select Special Enrollment Period: Plan Termination.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter your information.
  5. Choose the new plan you’d like to enroll in.
  6. Submit your application—once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation.

I received an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) for 2026 and want to switch to a new Generations Advantage plan.

Switch Plan Online (Available 10/15)

You can make changes to your plan during the Annual Enrollment Period. Save time by logging in to your Member Portal—your information will pre-fill, making re-enrollment quick and easy.

  1. Log in to your member portal
  2. Click on the re-enrollment/change form button
  3. Confirm your information
  4. Choose your plan
  5. Submit your re-enrollment
