Maine Cancer Foundation’s Tri for a Cure is the largest triathlon in Maine, raising funds for cancer research, prevention, and treatment.

The Maine Cancer Foundation leads a statewide initiative to advance and support the most promising and effective cancer-fighting programs for the people of Maine, using a combination of grant funding and strategic coalition building.

Tri for a Cure Triathlon

Tri for a Cure is Maine's largest fundraising triathlon, drawing over 1,300 women to South Portland annually to swim, bike, and run in the race. Tri for a Cure has become a vital community event that brings together thousands, fostering solidarity and raising awareness about cancer's impact.

Many of our employees take part in this iconic event year after year with Martin’s Point pledge support.
