The mission of the Maine Senior Games is to provide athletic events and wellness opportunities to adults age 45 and older, helping improve the health and fitness of the community through friendly competition.
Since 2010, Martin's Point has served as the major sponsor of the Maine Senior Games--fostering a partnership that has grown over the years to include a range of support, from significant financial contributions to the Games' operations, sponsorship of their annual "Celebration of Athletes" dinner, volunteer support at events, Board of Directors' participation, and more.
Each year, more than 600 athletes and 100 volunteers participate in the Maine Senior Games.
The event offers 20 competitive sports to both men and women, including:
Track & Field | Archery | Road Races | Cycling | Swimming | Golf | Pickleball | Basketball | Tennis | Bowling | and more.
