Milestone Recovery provides emergency shelter, medically managed detoxification, community-based outreach and health services, housing assistance, and long-term treatment for individuals with substance use and behavioral health disorders in Portland and Old Orchard Beach, Maine.

Did you know?Milestone is founded as a detoxification program for people with addiction to alcohol or other drugs who cannot afford to pay the full cost of their care.
