We are looking for current Martin’s Point patients to provide valuable insight and feedback regarding their experience at any of our Health Care Centers.

Who can be a Focus Group member?

Focus Group Members are patients who:

Can commit 1 to 2 hours of their time to attend in-person meetings scheduled by the particular focus group they are joining.

Has received care or had a family member receive care at Martin's Point within the past year.

Is eager to suggest meaningful, positive enhancements to processes that affect all patients.

What does a Focus Group Member do?

As a Focus Group Member, you will be able to:

Share feedback about your health care experiences with staff.

Participate in group discussions about how Martin's Point can improve care, quality, safety, and services.

Provide the patient and family perspective about policies, care practices, and patient education.

Identify patient and family needs and concerns.

Encourage and support patient-centered care across the organization.
