Physical Therapy
Physical therapy uses exercise and other movement-based treatments to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent injury. It supports recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, helping people stay active and independent.

Patients can receive on-site physical therapy in our Portland and Portsmouth Health Care Centers. Contact your site choice to set up an appointment.
Most patients will require a referral from their primary care provider or specialist before starting physical therapy.
We partner with affiliate practices of Pinnacle Physical Therapy to provide conventional physical therapy interventions, as well as dry needling, and spinal and extremity joint manipulation.
