Testing only

Before you can create your Pharmacy Portal account, the following information must be on file with the Martin’s Point Mail Order Pharmacy. You will also need your prescription (Rx) number available.

  • At least one active prescription with refills available
  • Your prescription (Rx) number
  • A valid email address or mobile phone number currently on file with the mail-order pharmacy

Create Your Pharmacy Portal Account

  1. Select Register.
  2. Enter your prescription (Rx) number, date of birth, and the email address or mobile phone number associated with your mail-order pharmacy prescriptions.
  3. A temporary registration code (token) will be sent to you by email or text message.
  4. Use the code to create your username and password.
View password requirements
  • At least 9 characters
  • Includes at least 3 of the following:
    • Number
    • Uppercase letter
    • Lowercase letter
  • Includes a special character (e.g., @, #, !)
  • No spaces at the beginning or end

Important Notes:
Covered dependents who have prescriptions through the mail-order pharmacy must create their own Pharmacy Portal account.
