Pharmacy Network

Save money on your prescription costs.

US Family Health Plan members' prescription drug coverage includes access to a large network of pharmacies with preferred cost sharing and standard cost options. Members also have access to the Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

In most cases, your prescriptions covered under the Martin's Point US Family Health Plan can be filled at either a network retail pharmacy or through our Mail-Order Pharmacy service. Learn more about those two options below.

Retail Pharmacy Network

In most cases, your prescriptions covered under the Martin's Point US Family Health Plan can be filled at a network retail pharmacy.

Members may fill the following prescriptions at any of our in-network retail pharmacies:

  • New prescriptions
  • Urgent medications
  • Generic medications
  • One-time medications
  • Dosage changes
  • Class II narcotics

Please note: Members have the option to fill or refill most generic medications - including 90-day fills of maintenance medications - at any in-netowrk pharmacy of their choice. Most preferred generic medication will have a lower copay at retail pharmacies than through our Mail-Order Pharmacy, even for 90-day supplies. Be sure to confirm costs with your retail pharmacy, as copays may vary.

The Network Pharmacy Search Tool can help you find all qualifying pharmacies in your local area. Through CVS Caremark, we currently have a large number of retail pharmacies in our nationwide network.

The following tools are available to help you manage any medications filled at retail pharmacies:

Mail-Order Pharmacy

The Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy allows you to have your prescriptions mailed directly to you at no charge. You can also receive a 90-day supply for the same or lower price you would pay for a 30-day retail supply at a retail pharmacy.

Maintenance medications (drugs you take on an ongoing basis) must be filled at the Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy. Manage your mail-order prescription refills online using the tools below. Read our Quick Start Guide [PDF] for getting your prescriptions sent to Martin's Point.

The Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan uses a prescription drug formulary—a list of covered drugs that have been selected in consultation with a team of health care providers.

Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan will generally cover the drugs listed in our formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at one of our network pharmacies, and other related plan rules are followed.

Use the online Formulary Search Tool to find detailed coverage information for a specific prescription drug:

For Medicaid Beneficiaries

Some state Medicaid programs restrict the submission of pharmacy or medical claims to within-state providers only. In such cases, members are not obligated to use the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

If you, as a Medicaid member, find that your state Medicaid program does not permit the use of our Mail-Order Pharmacy, we're here to assist.

  • Submit Your ID Cards: Please send in a copy of your Medicaid ID cards to enable us to set up an override for the duration of your coverage (Note: This must be renewed each year).
  • Provide Medication List & Claim Information: To ensure comprehensive support, please have your local pharmacy submit claims for all medications that are needed. Visibility to the rejected claims will help us accurately enter all the necessary overrides.
