Once your plan coverage starts, you can set up your Member Portal Account, allowing you to:

  • See what your Generations Advantage plan includes—from coverage to copays and out-of-pocket costs
  • Check your Wellness Wallet and Eyewear balances and request reimbursements
  • Update your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
  • Make plan premium payments
  • View claims and authorizations
  • Request a replacement Member ID card

All you need to register for your Member Portal Account is your Member ID card, Social Security number, and Date of Birth.

Your common questions, answered.

To sign up for your Member Portal Account, you will need:

  • Your Generations Advantage Member ID card
  • Your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Your Date of Birth (DOB)

You can only sign up for your Member Portal Account once your coverage is effective and you have received your Generations Advantage Member ID card.
