Once your plan coverage starts, you can set up your member portal account, allowing you to:

  • Update your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
  • View claims and authorizations
  • Request a replacement Member ID card

All you need to register for your member portal account is your Member ID card, Social Security number, and date of birth.

To sign up for your member portal account, you will need:

  • Your US Family Health Plan Member ID card
  • Your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Your date of birth (DOB)

You can only sign up for your member portal account once your coverage is effective and you have received your US Family Health Plan Member ID card.

No, you must use different usernames and passwords if you are enrolled in both Generations Advantage and the US Family Health Plan as these are two separate accounts.
