Telehealth services connect you to a board-certified doctor at any time (24/7/365) for health care needs outside of normal office hours. Telehealth providers can assist with illnesses or injuries, including sending any necessary prescriptions to your local pharmacy.

Visit an Urgent Care Clinic for non-life-threatening conditions requiring prompt attention that can't be addressed by your PCP. Urgent care centers typically operate beyond your PCP's regular office hours and are often less expensive an an emergency room.
Bone breaks or fractures, sprains, stitches, dizziness, sudden illness, infections, high blood pressure, foreign object removal, back pain, bug or animal bites, high fever, etc.
Most urgent care clinics are open seven days a week, often outside of normal business hours. All urgent care facilities are covered for our plan members, even if it is not in-network.

For symptoms of a heart attack, stroke, or other serious medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
The Emergency Room (ER) is the best choice when you are in need of immediate or advanced care for limb- or life-threatening conditions or injuries.
Sudden severe pain, trouble breathing or talking, injuries from a major accident, stroke or heart attack symptoms (see below), displaced bone break or fracture, uncontrolled bleeding, serious injuries to the head or eyes, etc.
It is important to identify the location of your closest ER facility so you will know where to go during a life-threatening event. All hospital ERs are open 24 hours every day. Unlike urgent care clinics, ERs offer access to specialists and are equipped for advanced treatment options.
Admittance time at an ER is dependent on the severity of your condition or injury. The average wait time for non-emergencies is approximately 90-120 minutes.
After an ER visit, it is recommended that you schedule prompt follow-up care with your PCP. This will allow your PCP to monitor your condition or injury and discuss any additional steps that should be taken.
Mental health assistance is available 24/7/365 for individuals needing support or for concerned loved ones seeking guidance.
