Martin’s Point partners with Included Health to offer telehealth services connecting our health plan members to a board-certified provider 24/7/365 for online urgent care and mental health support outside of normal office hours.



Understanding Your Coverage

Telehealth by Included Health is a benefit included in Martin’s Point health plans. It is available to Generations Advantage plan members and US Family Health Plan members and their covered dependents.

This service is available in all 50 states.

Your health plan’s in-network copays apply. See your Member ID card for plan information. Once you are registered to use Included Health's telehealth services, you will see your visit cost displayed within your Included Health, Inc. patient portal.

Please Note: Your regular PCP practice may also provide telehealth services. Check the Generations Advantage provider directory or US Family Health Plan provider directory to confirm. Included Health's telehealth providers will not be found in our plans’ provider directories.

Telehealth is best used for the following conditions:

Urgent Care

Available usually within minutes for:

  • Abdominal pain
  • Allergies
  • Bug/animal bite
  • Burning upon urination
  • Flu
  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Minor cut/burn
  • Sinus/ear infection
  • Skin rash/infection
  • Sprain/strain
  • Sore throat
Mental Health

Online therapy and psychiatry is available by appointment, usually within 1-2 days, for:

  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Medication management
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Relationship issues
  • Stress

Access Telehealth Services

Note: To use telehealth services, you’ll need a mobile device or computer with camera and microphone.

We highly recommend registering for Included Health telehealth proactively so that it is quickly and easily available to you when you need it. Registration only takes a few minutes, and you will only need your Martin’s Point health plan Member ID card.

Visit IncludedHealth.com/MartinsPoint to create an account. Have your Member ID number ready, found on your Member ID card.

When registering, click “Add your health insurance” and select your plan:
