Generations Advantage members have choices when it comes to paying plan premiums.

Choose from safe and convenient online payment options. Whether you prefer to set up monthly automatic payments or make a one-time payment, we take your payment security as seriously as you do.



One-Time Online Payments

Pay your monthly plan premium any time with a credit card using our secure payment website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To make a payment, you will need your:

  • Martin's Point Generations Advantage Member ID card
  • Address and ZIP code
  • Account #/ARAC (located on your invoice)
  • Credit or debit card number, expiration date, and security code

If you don’t have your invoice, you can call Member Services at 1-866-544-7504 (TTY: 711) to get your account/ARAC number.

Automatic Payments

Have your premium automatically deducted from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board check or withdrawn from your bank account.

To set up or update automatic payments, you will need your:

  • Martin's Point Generations Advantage Member ID card
  • Date of birth
  • Checking or savings bank account and routing numbers.

Three ways to start or update automatic payments

Your account number, also referred to as your ARAC number, is a unique identifier required for making payments and managing your account. It is located in the top-left corner of your premium bill next to the label 'Account # / ARAC#'. Refer to the example below to easily locate it.

 


Make a payment with Member Services assistance or by using our automated phone system at 1-866-554-7504 (TTY: 711).

Mail your monthly premium payment directly to our plan with a check or money order along with the bottom portion of your invoice.
