  • Health Care Center patients: If you call your Health Care Center after office hours, you’ll reach an on-call health care provider. Medical professionals will evaluate your urgent medical needs and will guide you on how you should proceed.
  • Health Plan members: For after-hours care, please see our directory of Urgent-Care clinics. Please check with the closest Urgent Care to determine if they are able to accept and treat your symptoms, otherwise seek emergency care at the Emergency Department.
