Every year from January to May, all health plans are required to seek feedback from their members about their health plan using the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey.
A third party, Press Ganey, sends the survey to a random sample of members and provides Martin’s Point with anonymous results. This survey feedback helps us improve the quality of care you receive. The results also contribute to the Martin’s Point Health Plan Ratings score, which helps members compare the quality of available plans.
If you receive one of these surveys in the mail, we hope you take a few moments to complete it honestly, on paper or electronically. Your voice truly does matter!
