Take the following steps to connect to your vision and eyewear discount plan:

1. Visit EyeMed’s website

2. Scroll toward the bottom of the page and click on "Find My Discount Plan"

3. Click on the letter "U" and select "USFHP Martin's PT Discount (3021937)"

Making an in-store purchase? Most LensCrafters, Pearle Vision Centers, and Target Optical stores may accept this discount, but it varies by location.

Finding an Eye Doctor: Find an in-network eye doctor in your local area by using EyeMed's provider search tool:

1. Click on "Find an Eye Doctor" at the top of the page.

2. Under "Network," click on "Choose your Network" and select "Access Network"

3. Click on "Use My Location" or enter a ZIP code
