Martin's Point Community Centers
Martin’s Point operates two Community Centers that are both available for public use at no cost.
These are located at our Brunswick and Scarborough Health Care Center locations. Each features moveable chairs and tables, a kitchen, A/V equipment, bathrooms, and separate entrance and exit.
Use of our Community Centers can be reserved for use during regular business hours depending on availability. Please refer to our Health Care Center locations page for updated business hours.
Please note that use of the Community Centers is available for non-profit and community groups and a signed agreement is required.
Brunswick Community Center
114 Bath Road
Our Brunswick Community Center is located at our Brunswick Health Care Center at 114 Bath Road.
The room occupancy is 65 and the space can easily accommodate a variety of table and chair configurations for various events and activities.
This room also has a large projection screen, microphone, two lecterns, kitchen, and three all-gender bathrooms.
Scarborough Community Center
153 US Route 1
Our Scarborough Community Center is located at our Scarborough Health Care Center at 153 US Route 1.
The room occupancy is 50 and the space can accommodate a variety of table and chair configurations for various events and activities.
This room has a large monitor in the front of the room, a kitchen and two bathrooms.
