Each year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services evaluates all Medicare Advantage plans based on quality and performance. A 5-star rating is the highest rating possible from Medicare.
These ratings help members and other Medicare beneficiaries compare our plan's performance with others. Use these Star Ratings with the Medicare Plan Finder tool.
For 2025, our Generations Advantage Prime, Value Plus, Alliance plans received a 4-Star Overall Rating from Medicare.
For 2025, our Generations Advantage Select and Access (LPPO) plans earned a 3-Star Overall Rating from Medicare.
