Create an online account with Martin's Point and you can:
  • Review Plan Materials: A number of Martin’s Point Generations Advantage plan materials are now available by email and more are planned to be available electronically this year.
  • Access Benefit Details

Note: First-time users are required to create a CVS/Caremark account, but only Martin's Point sign-in is required for access after first login

 

  • Update Communication Preferences: You are not required to consent to electronic mailings. If you choose to receive materials via email, you may opt out and return to receiving materials through regular mail upon request.
  • Submit an Online Premium Payment: You can submit an online premium payment through PayTrace (Note: This will open in a new window). Please have a copy of your most recent statement handy before submitting an online payment request. You will need the following information (in addition to your payment method) to submit an online payment request:
  1. Member ID*
  2. ARAC #
  3. Member Name
  4. Email

How Martin’s Point Protects Your Privacy

We will not send confidential personal health information via email. You will continue to receive any materials containing personal health information through regular mail.

We will protect your email address and delivery information under the same guidelines as outlined in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
