Mail-Order
Our large pharmacy network helps you save money on your prescriptions.
Prescriptions can be filled at any of our network pharmacies. Members can also request refills of their prescription medications online by using the Refill Request Tool.

Prior Authorizations &
Coverage Appeals
Get to know the drug prior authorization process, including appeals and overrides.
Some prescription drugs require a Prior Authorization be submitted. This process requires your prescriber/provider to get pre-approval for certain medications before they will qualify for coverage under your plan.
