The compensation paid to Martin's Point executives is determined and monitored by the Board of Directors, using a thoughtfully designed process that includes performance review, comparative market data, and input from independent consultants.
For the period of January 1, 2019 through to December 31, 2019, three senior executive officers at Martin's Point received total compensation in excess of $500,000.
