For Generations Advantage

Amplifon


Amplifon is available Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm at 888-669-2167. All Generations Advantage members have a hearing aid benefit through Amplifon. The Hearing Aid benefit provides coverage for hearing aids which are not covered by Original Medicare. Members should contact Amplifon at 888-669-2167 for any hearing aid benefit or device questions.

EyeMed Eyewear Discount


Generations Advantage Prime, Alliance, Access, and Value Plus members can receive a discount on eyewear through EyeMed as an added benefit of their Northeast Delta Dental coverage. If the eyewear retailer works with EyeMed, they may be able to apply a discount. The retailer will need to apply EyeMed Group Number 9231093.

Visit EyeMed Vision Care or call 866-246-9041 and simply say “Benefits” and state if you are looking for glasses or contacts (note: eye exam is not available through this benefit). Then respond to prompts about the type of lenses you are looking for, etc.

CVS Caremark


CVS Caremark is Martin's Point Generations Advantage trusted partner, providing prescription and Part D services. They are available 24/7 at 888-296-6961, to assist with all your medication needs, including:

  • Running test claims
  • Suggesting alternative medications
  • Arranging for a pharmacist consultation
  • Initiating the PA/formulary exception process for medications

Foodsmart


Foodsmart is available Monday to Friday, 9am–9pm at 888-837-5325. Martin’s Point Health Care has teamed up with Foodsmart™ to provide members with free, unlimited chats with a registered dietitian—plus much more—to support healthy eating from the comfort of your home. Your Generations Advantage plan covers 100% of the program cost. To get started, call 1-888-837-5325 to schedule an appointment with a registered dietitian.

Evicore Authorizations


Prior to 07/01/2024 Advanced imaging such as CT, MRI, PET, SPECT and Cardiac PET and Cardiac SPECT were authorized by eviCore. Evicore is available Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm at 888-693-3211.

Matrix Home Visit Scheduling


Matrix Home Visit Scheduling can be reached at 888-779-8978. They offer wellness visits and preventative health screenings in the comfort of the member's home or through a video health call. These services have no out of pocket cost to the member. Matrix will share the results of the visit with the member's primary care provider. Matrix services all Generations Advantage members in Maine and New Hampshire. Members who complete a visit will receive a $15 Hannaford gift card.

Focus Care Home Visit Scheduling


Focus Care Home Visit scheduling can be reached at 800-295-5925. They offer wellness visits and preventative health screenings in the comfort of the member’s home or through a video health call. These services have no out of pocket cost to the member. Focus Care will share the results of the visit with the member’s primary care provider. Focus Care will service Generations Advantage members in Maine and New Hampshire. They are available Monday to Friday 8:30am–8pm. All members who participate in a Focus Care Home Visit will receive a $15 Hannaford gift card.

My Advocate


My Advocate is available Monday to Friday, 8am–11pm at 866-274-0369. My Advocate provides education and assistance to health plan members free of charge for:

  • Enrolling in Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) to help pay a member’s Medicare Part B Premium.
  • Assistance with Part D Prescription Extra Help.
  • Help with other social programs.

North East Delta Dental (NEDD)


North East Delta Dental (NEDD) is available Monday to Friday, 8am–4:45pm at 800-832-5700. They can assist with: 

  • Coverage information: Find out if a specific dental service is covered.
  • Cost details: Understand the cost and what category a service may fall into.
  • Provider status: Check if a provider is in-network.

Each member evidence of coverage (EOC) also explains the member's dental benefit if they are requesting something in writing or can visit our dedicated Dental Benefit page.

OTCHS Over the Counter Health Solutions


Members receive a quarterly amount to purchase from over 350 CVS-brand, over-the-counter products. OTCHS Over the Counter Health Solutions is available 24/7 for order placing and Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm for customer service calls at 888-628-2770

Stay Connected with LifeStation


Martin's Point partners with LifeStation to offer advanced medical alert devices through a Covered Medical Benefit (for Alliance members) and a Value-Added Discount (for Generations Advantage Prime, Access, Select, and Value Plus members). Both options provide 24/7 monitoring with devices such as in-home systems, mobile units with GPS/WiFi, and optional fall detection.
