The US Family Health Plan at Martin’s Point is one of six Department of Defense–sponsored TRICARE Prime options nationwide. It offers comprehensive coverage for eligible military retirees, their families, certain active-duty family members, and dependents ages 21–26 through TRICARE Young Adult. Members receive the full TRICARE Prime benefits package—including no-cost preventive care, worldwide urgent and emergency coverage, prescription benefits, and coordinated support.
Unlike other TRICARE options, care is provided through Martin’s Point’s local civilian provider network, giving members access to trusted doctors and hospitals close to home. Coverage extends across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, upstate and western New York, northern Pennsylvania, and parts of Ohio, with dedicated patient advocates to help members navigate their benefits.
