There are two convenient ways to use your allowance for eligible items:
Prepaid Mastercard®
Use your Martin’s Point Prepaid Mastercard® to purchase directly at participating retailers/locations.
Reimbursement
Use your own preferred purchasing method and request reimbursement online or by mail.

Reminder: Reimbursement requests for eligible purchases made in 2024 must be submitted online or postmarked by April 30, 2025.
Use your Prepaid Mastercard® at participating retailers.
You can now use your Martin’s Point Prepaid Mastercard® for eligible Wellness Wallet and Eyewear purchases available at participating retailers up to your plan’s annual amount. Find our quick guide with details of where and how to use the card on our website at MartinsPoint.org/Mastercard.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Prepaid Mastercard® is exclusively for use with the Wellness Wallet and Eyewear benefits. The card cannot be used for any other plan benefits, including the CVS over-the-counter, extra dental, or hearing aid benefits, medical and prescription copays, etc.
We’re always adding to our list—so you may try your card at your preferred retailer first.
Have an alternate payment method ready in case your card is declined.
