- $0 Copay Annual Routine Vision Exam—this includes a diabetic (dilated-pupil) exam.

Wellness Wallet Benefit
Covers select fitness gear, fees, and services!
Your flexible Wellness Wallet benefit reimburses up to your plan’s annual amount for a wide range of eligible fitness/recreational gear, fees, and services that help keep you moving, indoors and out!
In addition to covering the initial purchase price of the covered item, Wellness Wallet can also be used for the assembly, repair, replacement, delivery, shipping, and tax of any qualifying purchase.

Over-the-Counter Benefit
Save money on your everyday health needs.
All Martin's Point Generation Advantage plans offer over-the-counter benefits with Over the Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) by CVS Caremark.
Members receive a quarterly amount (varies by plan) to purchase from over 350 CVS-brand, OTC products.
Items can be purchased online, over the phone, or at your local CVS Pharmacy store.

Part D Benefit
Built-in prescription drug coverage.
