Create an online account with Martin's Point and you can:

Make Updates with Secure Requests: Request a new ID card, update or request a PCP or update personal information

Access the Claims Center: Log in for the Claims Center and electronic medication explanation of benefits (EOB).

Update Online Account Information: Change your password and update your security questions

Referral/Authorization Center: View referral/authorization determinations in real time.

We will not send confidential personal health information via email. You will continue to receive any materials containing personal health information through regular mail.
