For your planning purposes, we want to let you know that TRICARE will be raising member copays on prescription drugs beginning January 1, 2026. These increases will affect all US Family Health Plan members except dependent survivors of active-duty service members (ADSMs) and medically retired service members and their dependents. These members will see no change in their prescription drug copays in 2026.
Beginning November 10, US Family Health Plan members will have expanded options to manage their prescription refills. Theses options include a new simple-to-use mobile app which will replace the web-based prescription refill form, opt-in text communications, and an auto-refill service.
Enter your refill request using the form below.
If you have previously entered a request, you can check its status by entering the prescription number in the "Refill Status" section.

Beginning in mid-November 2025, Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan beneficiaries will have more ways to request Mail-Order Pharmacy refills.
1) RefillPro™ App: A simple to use, opt-in phone app that allows you to request refills several ways if there are no dosing or address changes. Download the free app to access these new options for requesting refills:
2) Text Communication: We heard your requests for ease and flexibility in connecting with us and are pleased to offer a text option. Call us to set up text messaging and receive text reminders when you have a Mail-Order Pharmacy refill available. We’ll also send a text when we mail your prescription with a tracking number for the first package of each shipment.
3) Auto-Refill Service: You may now enroll in our auto-refill service so your medications with remaining refills will automatically process and mail to your address on file. Some restrictions apply. Speak with a Mail-Order Pharmacy representative to see if your prescription(s) are eligible. Please note that we are not permitted to accept returned medications if the mail package has been opened.
Important note: The improved communication and refill options noted above will replace the current web refill portal on the Martin’s Point website. A notice will also be available on the refill portal explaining the options available to refill your medication. As always, you can call the Mail-Order Pharmacy line directly to request refills.
