Did you know, if your Plan has Part D Prescription Drug coverage, you can get your monthly medication Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents online instead of by mail? Paperless medication EOBs provide the same information and format as the printed version.

The medication EOB shows what you, your Plan, and others paid for drugs during a particular period. It also tells you what Part D coverage phase you are in and how much more you need to spend to move to the next phase.

To switch to online EOBs, sign up at Caremark.com/paperless. There you can register through their portal to access a secure, online prescription management center available 24/7. You can also register to:
