If your Generations Advantage plan includes Part D Prescription Drug coverage, you can get your monthly medication EOBs online instead of by mail. Paperless medication EOBs are fast and convenient and provide the same information in the same format as the printed version.

The medication EOB shows what you, your plan, and others paid for drugs during a particular period. It also tells you what phase of coverage you are in and how much more you need to spend to move to the next coverage phase.

How to switch to paperless

Please visit Caremark.com/paperless to register for online EOBs through their portal. You will access a secure, online prescription management center available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can also register to manage your prescriptions, monitor out-of-pocket spending, and get information about your medications.
