Our free online and in-person classes as well as in-person classes through Scarborough Community Services are available to everyone. No experience necessary and all abilities encouraged!
Martin's Point offers two FREE live online yoga classes weekly. These classes are led by professional instructors and conducted via Zoom on the following days:

The program is offered for free thanks to our partnership with the Scarborough Community Services Department.
Anne Esguerra, an IAYT-certified yoga therapist, hosts the weekly in-person chair yoga sessions. She offers a practice that leans into the curiosity of self-study filled with avenues of accessibility, permission, and exploration.
No registration is required. Classes are held at the Scarborough Community Services Hub on the following day:
