Manage many health care needs from home.

Your Martin's Point Patient Portal is a secure, convenient way to manage many of your health care needs from home. For non-urgent requests, it's often the quickest and easiest way to connect with your care team.

Portal messages are typically answered within three business days and are a great option for:

  • Prescription refill requests
  • Billing questions
  • Medical records requests
  • Medical forms that don’t require an office visit
  • Routine lab or imaging results that don’t require follow-up
  • Requests for future appointments

When to call us instead of using the portal.

  • Need an appointment within the next seven days? Please use our self-scheduling tool or call your health care center directly.
  • Have an urgent medical concern that needs attention within three days? Call your health care center instead of sending a portal message.
  • Anytime you have a complex health issue that may require multiple back-and-forth messages

For pediatric patients.

  • Call about any acute pediatric symptom in a patient 6 months or younger
  • Call about any pediatric patient 18 months or younger with breathing concerns or changes.

When to call 911.

If you experience a medical emergency including but not limited to: chest pain, radiating arm pain, or dizziness, shortness of breath with difficulty speaking, sudden onset facial or limb weakness, loss of or garbled speech, or sudden vision changes/loss, head strike with loss of consciousness or subsequent neurological changes (headaches, dizziness, seizures), or if you take blood thinners, call 911 immediately.
