A note about Sports Medicine at Martin’s Point.

Sports Medicine services are ending.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue sports medicine services at Martin’s Point at the end of the year. As our region has become saturated with multiple sports medicine options offering the convenience of a wider range of diagnostic and treatment alternatives, we’ve decided to end these services and focus on our main mission of delivering high-quality primary care to our community.

Appointments through December 31.

Sports medicine appointments already scheduled with us prior to December 31 will continue to take place and we will continue to offer sports medicine appointments up through that date.

Continuing care in 2027.

Please note: Patients expecting to require ongoing sports medicine care into 2027 will need to request that their PCP place a referral to an appropriate sports medicine provider. To request medical records be sent to a new provider, please visit martinspoint.org/records-release to download the form.
