Members can submit refill requests for maintenance medications filled through our mail-order pharmacy. If you have previously submitted a refill request, you can also check the status of your refill.

Prescriptions can be filled at any of our network pharmacies. Members can also request refills of their prescription medications online by using the Refill Request Tool.
A formulary is a list of covered drugs selected by Martin’s Point TRICARE Prime® in consultation with a team of health care providers. It represents prescription therapies that are a necessary part of a quality treatment program.
Some prescription drugs require a Prior Authorization be submitted. This process requires your prescriber/provider to get pre-approval for certain medications before they will qualify for coverage under your plan.
