New users will need to create a Mail-Order Refill account to manage your refills online. Before you can create your account, the following information must be on file with the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

Covered dependents who have prescriptions through the Mail-Order Pharmacy must create their own Mail-Order Refill account.

Note: If your prescription shows refills remaining, the refill date is available, and you are unable to add it for refill or do not receive confirmation that your refill was accepted, please call the Pharmacy Team at: 1-800-707-9853.

Note: You may see a temporary $1.00 authorization on your credit card. This will be removed after your card has been validated.

The RefillPro™ app offers a simple way to request prescription refills without creating a Mail-Order Refill account. This app is for basic refill requests only and does not support other pharmacy account features.*
*Note: Billing changes, overnight mail requests, and provider requests are not available through the RefillPro™ app.
