Save money on your prescription costs by using the Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy or in-network retail pharmacies.

US Family Health Plan members' Prescription Drug coverage includes access to a large network of pharmacies with preferred cost sharing, as well as standard cost options. Members also have access to the Martin's Point mail-order pharmacy. 

In most cases, your prescriptions covered under the Martin's Point US Family Health Plan can be filled at either a network retail pharmacy or through our mail-order pharmacy service. Learn more about those two options below.

Retail Pharmacy Network

Our network of retail pharmacies may be used to fill a variety of prescriptions. "Maintenance medications" (drugs you take on an ongoing basis) must be filled at the Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy. Members may fill the following prescriptions at any of our in-network retail pharmacies:

New Prescriptions
Urgent Medications
One-Time Medications
Dosage Changes
Class II Narcotics

Mail Order Pharmacy

The Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy for our US Family Health Plan members is an essential service for efficiently managing your “maintenance medications”—those you take on a regular basis for ongoing conditions.

In most cases, your prescription will be delivered to you within 10 days of receiving your prescription request. This ensures timely receipt of your medications. Plus, enjoy the added convenience of a 90-day medication supply delivered directly to your home.


Ordering medication refills

To order a refill, you will need the following information:

  • Prescription Number (found on your medication bottle)
  • Member Date of Birth
  • Zip Code

Refills take approximately 14 days to be processed and shipped by the Martin's Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

Want to be alerted when your order ships? Place your email address on file with a Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy representative and you will receive an email with tracking information on your package once it ships.

NOTE: Email is sent from our shipping partner, SendPro Enterprise.


To refill your prescription via our Rx Refill Portal, refer to the following instructions:

New users will need to create a Mail-Order Refill account to manage your refills online. Before you can create your account, the following information must be on file with the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

  • At least one active prescription with refills available
  • Your prescription (Rx) number
  • A valid email address or mobile phone number currently on file with the Mail-Order Pharmacy

Create Your Mail-Order Refill Account

  1. Go to the Login box and select Register.
  2. Enter required information.
  3. A temporary registration code (token) will be sent to you by email or text message.
  4. Use the code to create your username and password.
View password requirements
  • At least 9 characters
  • Includes at least 3 of the following:
    • Number
    • Uppercase letter
    • Lowercase letter
  • Includes a special character (e.g., @, #, !)
  • No spaces at the beginning or end


Important Notes:

Covered dependents who have prescriptions through the Mail-Order Pharmacy must create their own Mail-Order Refill account.

Go to Refill Login

If you are a returning user, follow these steps to log in and manage your prescriptions online. 

Step 1: Log In

  • Go to the Login box and enter your Mail-Order Refill account username and password, and click Log in.

Step 2: Refill

  • Use the Refill tab to add refill requests to your order.
  • When you've selected the prescription to refill, select Continue.
  • If a prescription has no refills remaining, you may submit a request to your provider for more refills on this page.

Note: If your prescription shows refills remaining, the refill date is available, and you are unable to add it for refill or do not receive confirmation that your refill was accepted, please call the Pharmacy Team at: 1-800-707-9853.

Step 3: Shipping

  • Select your mailing address where you want your prescription(s) to be mailed.
  • You can also add a new mailing address. 
  • Select Continue to move forward.

Step 4: Billing

  • You must have a credit card on file to process your refill. You will not be charged until your prescription is filled.

Note: You may see a temporary $1.00 authorization on your credit card. This will be removed after your card has been validated.

Step 5: Verify

  • Review your order details.
  • When you're ready, select Submit Order to send your refill request for processing.
  • If you need to log in again or start over, select Log Out or refresh your page/browser.

Use the RefillPro™ app for quick and easy refills. The RefillPro™ app offers a simple way to request prescription refills without creating a Mail-Order Refill account. This app is for basic refill requests only and does not support other pharmacy account features.*RefillPro™ app

  1. Download the RefillPro™ app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Enter the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy phone number 1-800-707-9853.
  3. Scan the barcode on your prescription label or enter the prescription number.
  4. Your refill will be processed/mailed using credit card and address on file.

*Note: Billing changes, overnight mail requests, and provider requests are not available through the RefillPro™ app.

For Medicaid Beneficiaries

Some state Medicaid programs restrict the submission of pharmacy or medical claims to within-state providers only. In such cases, members are not obligated to use the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

If you, as a Medicaid member, find that your state Medicaid program does not permit the use of our Mail-Order Pharmacy, we're here to assist. 

  • Submit Your ID Cards: Please send in a copy of your Medicaid ID cards to enable us to set up an override for the duration of your coverage (Note: This must be renewed each year).
  • Provide Medication List & Claim Information: To ensure comprehensive support, please have your local pharmacy submit claims for all medications that are needed. Visibility to the rejected claims will help us accurately enter all the necessary overrides.
