One of the most common reasons mail-order prescriptions are delayed is because the credit card on file is no longer valid.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • You’ve received a new card.
  • Your card has expired.
  • Your bank has issued a replacement after suspected fraud.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, our Mail-Order Pharmacy team will make two attempts to contact you by phone. If we're unable to reach you within 14 days, your prescription order will be canceled, and you'll need to contact the Mail-Order Pharmacy to place a new order.
