What you should do next:
1. Request a temporary local refill if needed: If you have requested a mail order refill or are in need of a refill and are at risk of running out of your medication, we recommend contacting your prescribing provider to request a temporary refill at a local pharmacy to avoid delays.
2. Update your payment information: If you need to update your payment information for the USFHP mail order pharmacy, please use this secure form
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know our teams are working diligently to process and send prescriptions as quickly as possible. Your health and well-being are our top priority, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this update.

We heard your requests for ease and flexibility in connecting with us and are pleased to offer a text option.
Call us to set up text messaging and receive text reminders when you have a Mail-Order Pharmacy refill available. We’ll also send a text when we mail your prescription with a tracking number for the first package of each shipment.
You may now enroll in our auto-refill service so your medications with remaining refills will automatically process and mail to your address on file. Some restrictions apply. Speak with a Mail-Order Pharmacy representative to see if your prescription(s) are eligible.
Please note that we are not permitted to accept returned medications if the mail package has been opened.
Important note: The improved communication and refill options noted above replaced the web refill forms. As always, you can call the Mail-Order Pharmacy line directly at 1-800-707-9853 to request refills and check the status of your refill.
For your planning purposes, we want to let you know that TRICARE will be raising member copays on prescription drugs beginning January 1, 2026. These increases will affect all US Family Health Plan members except dependent survivors of active-duty service members (ADSMs) and medically retired service members and their dependents. These members will see no change in their prescription drug copays in 2026.
