Our Mail-Order Pharmacy team can now set up your eligible prescriptions for automatic refill so you don’t run out of your medications.
Benefits:
- No need to remember to call in your refill ahead of time
- Automatically contacts your prescriber when no refills remain on the prescription
- Avoids running out of your medications and saves trips to your retail pharmacy
- Saves money on most brand-name medications — use our Mail-Order Pharmacy to get a larger supply for a lower copay than retail pharmacies.
Eligible medications
Eligible medications for this program include those taken on a regular, long-term basis for chronic conditions, such as:
- Weight management (e.g., Wegovy®, Zepbound®)
- Diabetes (e.g., Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Trulicity®)
- Cholesterol (e.g., Nexletol®, Praluent®, Repatha®)
Medications which are not eligible for automatic refills are those taken on an as-needed basis such as rescue inhalers, creams, and ointments.
How to enroll:
Call the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy team directly at 1-800-707-9853 and let us know you are interested in automatic refills. We can review your medication profile with you and help determine which medications would be best to enroll.
Important note: If you choose to enroll a medication in our automatic refill program, it is important that you notify the pharmacy team when:
- A medication is discontinued
- There is a change in directions or dose of your medication
By notifying the team in these circumstances, it helps us avoid sending unwanted medications. It is important to note that medications already shipped cannot be returned or refunded.
