Retail Pharmacy Benefit Option for US Family Health Plan Members.

More flexibility for preferred generic medications.

To provide greater convenience and flexibility, US Family Health Plan members may fill most preferred generic medications at any in-network retail pharmacy instead of using the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.

Providers may send eligible generic medication prescriptions, including 90-day supplies, to a member’s preferred local in-network pharmacy.

This change offers members:

• Greater flexibility in choosing where to fill prescriptions
• Convenient access to medications through local retail pharmacies
• Potentially lower copays for many preferred generic medications

By offering both retail and mail-order options, we aim to improve member choice, medication access, and overall satisfaction while maintaining high-quality pharmacy services.

Please note: Most brand-name and specialty maintenance medication for chronic conditions are still required to be refilled through the Martin’s Point Mail-Order Pharmacy.
