Important notes about our 2027 Generations Advantage plans.
Next year’s Prime (HMO) and Essential (HMO) plans will no longer include a Point-of-Service (POS) benefit for out-of-network coverage. Worldwide urgent/emergency and preauthorized out-of-network care will still be covered.
InterMed network changes.
As of January 1, 2027, InterMed will no longer accept Martin’s Point Generations Advantage plans. Current InterMed patients will need to transition to an in-network provider. For more information, visit MartinsPoint.org/InterMed.
