Save time with your redesigned Member Portal.

Your Generations Advantage Member Portal has a new look—making it easier than ever to manage your plan online. With simple navigation, improved security, and 24/7 access, you can handle important tasks quickly and confidently.

What you can do:

  • View claims and benefits: Review claims, track costs, and check benefit details in one secure place.
  • Seek prior authorizations for medical services: Stay up to date on approval status and details for your covered care.
  • Update your primary care provider (PCP): Review or change your PCP directly through your account.
  • Switch plans online during Annual Enrollment Period: New this year—compare and switch your plan online if you choose to make a change for 2026.*
  • Set up automatic premium payments: Save time and stay on track with secure recurring payments.

*No action is required if you plan to keep your current Generations Advantage plan for 2026.
